The group recognises that there is not a single correct way of living with HIV; rather there is the way that is right for that individual. It is therefore our mission to:

"empower all people living with, or significantly affected by HIV"

so that they are eventually able to make the decisions for themselves.

Our vision is to ensure that the diverse voices of people living with HIV are heard, by advocating for improvements in treatment, care and welfare, by providing peer led services. As an agency we offer information, advice, guidance and support to anyone living with or significantly affected by HIV.

We attempt to do this by

The provision of a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment. Where living with HIV is the norm.

Within that environment to provide support and direct information.

To foster the development of nurturing friendships.

To sign-post and refer to other agencies, that may or may not be HIV specific.

Within our premises to provide a space for specialist workers from other agencies
to meet and support our members.

Through working with individuals and agencies, to challenge stigma, prejudice and discrimination.

To help create independence.

Advocating on behalf of those living with HIV to realise change.
